Writer's strike
Will it affect you much?
Are there weekly shows you make a point to never miss if you can help it at all and this strike just sucks for you?
What will you do? Rent more movies, get back into your hobbies, get a new hobby? hang out online more?
There are shows I do enjoy, but once I lived where I was lucky to get 4 or 5 channels from an old aerial antennae, and hey I adapted quite well and led a very happy life for about 8 years with very little TV.

Re: Writer's strike
Much of TV seems a waste anymore. Except for "aged" movies, not much worth watching. So, it really doesn't mean much to me.

Re: Writer's strike
At least the writers strike won't affect WN. That's a good thing. The bad thing is now I have to watch reruns of the Colbert Report...Hurry back Steven.

Re: Writer's strike
It's senseless, they are going to get what they want, execs should stop being greedy. As usual the filthy rich want to get filthier. I like Letterman, now I'll just go to bed earlier, advertisers won't pay for re-runs.

Re: Writer's strike
No effect here, I like spending as much time as I can in WN
