An heiress and large financial donor is touring a hospital where her money is endowed. As she walks through one of the wards, she looks into one of the rooms and sees a nurse giving one of the patients a hand job. Utterly shocked she demands an explanation for the Hospital Administrator. The Dr. assured her the it was a medical procedure and explained that the patient had a rare disease that causes him to fill up with semen and if not released every hour the build up could cause a rupture and the patient could die.
