Chazzy's Front Porch
Oh, we'd all love to be on Chazzy's front porch, a place to gather our friends and just say hello...a place we can share our fun and our woes...
Won't you all join us , close your eyes, Chazzy and I are sitting on the swing snuggled up enjoying conversation and a warm cup of tea.

Hell..I got several kinds of tea, coffee, full fridge of soda, and an overflowing liquor cabinet (I rarely drink...I'm so overstocked)
I just put out the throws, pillows and candles the other day....and I'm out in the country, no city lights to interfere with the meteor shower that's suppose to happen very late tonite!

Let's see, what kind of finger food are you craving? I'm in a cooking mood, I'll make you something. This weekend I cooked stew, dumplings, pork chops, etc. This weather makes me want to cook...cook...cook...too bad it has all been in the kitchen...LOL.

Ah..I got some chicken nuggets in the freezer, and a huge pot of stew that I made yesterday...some popcorn maybe?
If we all stay up real late, not only will we see the meteor shower, but we'll get to hear the coyotes howling ...by then...maybe we'll all be howling too

I have a couple of boxes of popcorn I'll bring. This is a party that I would enjoy. Just hanging out with good friends, watching the stars, telling stories. Now there's a party.

Shhhhh on the bday! (I was born on my mother's birthday and I'm not use to much of a fuss)
I'll be out on the front porch all winter long too...especially after thanksgiving, I decorate the entire porch with lights, fresh evergreen boughs from the evergreen forest and statues of angels and cherubs...it's so nice to sit out there with the holiday lights, peaceful sweet cherubs, that fresh smell of evergreens...

That's it, I'm moving to Chazzy's...I love to decorate for the holidays too...it's the most wonderful time of the year. This year should be interesting, not certain how I'll do, it is hard to believe its almost been a year since Mom left us. I keep reminding myself that it doesn't matter what day she left us on, it is going to be hard. So, move over Chazzy, I'm on my way to enjoy those lights and evergreen. I'll bring some Irish cream and we can add it to something warm...
