Bio Fuels
It was announced that ADM and Conoco/Phillips have joined in "bio fuel" research. They hope to develop bio fuels that can be distributed thru exsisting infrastructure.
ADM owns and operates the majority of ethanol plants.
It sounded as though they are loooking at resources other than corn.-----

I've seen studies where they used hemp as the main plant and found it was more cost effecient to produce over corn. The only problem with growing it though would be having to guard it from people that beleive it has the THC still in it LOL

They should check out beans, they caused many combustible gas issues in my Dad growing up!!!

Okay....I really wanna make some sort of joke here about hemp fuel and use the old saying..."taking the high road"
Seriously, anything, anything at all to wean us off oil!

This is one option. I still find it amazing that ethanol "moonshine" is now so highly thought of after years of persecution of those just trying to make a living.
