Alone or lonely?
Do you need times of being alone, some peace and quiet, or does being alone bring about a sense of lonliness?
If you find yourself with allot of alone time, is it easy for you to find company?
Do you show any signs of even the slightest stress if you can't get you some private "me" time?

Re: Alone or lonely?
While I'm working I'm alone most of the time, sometimes that's, a blessing, other times it gets very lonely and I think that is more stressful than trying to find alone time.

Re: Alone or lonely?
I know what you mean. Strange how you can feel alone and be lonely while with someone. Ah well I'm told that this too shall pass.

Re: Alone or lonely?
I like my "quiet time" every day. Its just me, myself and I. Usually the three of us will think of some way to get into trouble. I will usually just clear my mind and enjoy whats around me.

Re: Alone or lonely?
I do enjoy my alone time. It is rare with two small children at home but I know all too well that they grow up and move away quickly so I enjoy my time with them. I travel enough these days to be able to have some "me" time and it is nice to be able to kick back in my hotel room, order room service, and read without interuption.
I've been lonely from time to time even when in a room full of people. It just depends on where I am with myself, if I'm feeling disconnected from then I feel lonely, when I'm taking time to take care of the spiritual side of me I don't seem to feel that way.
