Unusual Phobias
What unusual phobias do WebNaughty members have or know of other people having?
An old girlfriend of mine had a phobia of snakes, I even had to cover-up my tattoo of a snake when I didn't have a shirt on.
I think I might have a phobia of shopping (especially food shopping).

might sound stupid, but i CANNOT look at my reflection in a mirror in the dark. my heart races and i cannot leave the bathroom fast enough.......told you it would sound silly......

 One friend i work with also has a phobia of snakes.......not much of a problem until you find out that we had two yellow banded sea snakes! on display she had to run past them with her hands over her eyes.
Another friend has A fear of the cinema and won't go into one EVER!!!!

I don't believe that I have any phobia's, I would rather just not to handle certain things, snakes, spiders etc. I can be around them, but if they think they are going crawl up my leg or arm, they will die.

My mother in law can't stand to see even a cartoon character of a snake, her snake phobia is that bad!

Same as my ex, the snake in 'Jungle Book' gave her nightmares.

My greatest phobia and I try to overcome it everyday, sometimes more than once is whatever is in my youngest kid's diaper LOL

While taking cover on a stretch of highway during a tornado...I discovered my only real fear...and that is seeing someone in horrid pain...I didn't see it...but I remember clearly that all my thoughts seems to be a prayer that I should not see anyone suffering traumatically...
Just that thought that someone should be suffering when I would be unable to do anything about it...scares the crap out of me.

I actually can't stand cutting up a whole chicken, I can't stand to hear that bone popping sound...ugh, made me get the quivers just typing it. I'm thankful you don't have to buy chicken that way anymore.

That's true, I guess a real phobia would be walking into Macy's and there wouldn't be a shoe department!!!

i am afraid of animals...dog, cats, birds...you name it. but am trying to overcome it...used to be if some one had a dog or cat, i wouldn't even go to their home...now iw ill, as long as they keep the animal away from me...still nervous, but i'll go...
