50 days of questions???
Ok here goes. I have 50 days left here to serve in Afghanistan. That will have made it two years. I have been a member of WN for about a year and some months. For the last fifty days of my tour lets have a question marithon. You can ask any question you want. You can ask me or anyone here or elsewhere. All questions to me I will try to answer any other
questions and answers your on your own. LOL You can ask questions that may be funny , sexy, profound, witty or whatever. And let try to be somewhat nice if directing a serious question. So here goes 50 days and counting. First question is?

Do you think the US and UK forces in Afghanistan have achieved what they set out to do and is it time to come home now?
Great job your all doing out there in very difficult circumstances.

To the question about Afghanistan. I believe that we have done a lot to help the people of Afghanistan and I can only attest to what I have seen and done. I think that we as a country and the UN should stay and help ride the Taliban. If someone does not try and stop them they will continue and we will have another 911 or incident like the British had. I see it every day and the general Afghan person over here wants the help from the outside. Problem is no one really knows how long it will take to get Afghanistan on its own.
As for StillHotnSexy2 questions. For now I just want on sit on my deck in the woods and let my grandkids grow around me.
Hey everyone questions are not all for me.
Chazzy are you part vampire and only come out when it is late at night? Pepper, we all know your one hot lady but can you cook too? LOL Hey everyone keep it going!!!!

Second, we don't hear much of Bin Laden anymore. Are the thoughts over that he is dead or still in hiding. Is there still a big focus on finding him

Over here in UK todays newspapers have the headlines: "The bugler sounded the advance. But nothing could hide the fact that after four years and 168 deaths, our brave troops were retreating from Basra".
I have seen and heard an awful lot of terrorism whilst growing up, with the IRA and other sectors, so have lived with terrorism, not got used to it though.
The powers that be in both our countries and around the world, tend to make so much profit out of war. As you all have experienced this first hand by being sent to countries and situations you may not agree with, but this is what you signed up for and your patriotic duty do you honestly think that they will be able to run their own government without killing each other, considering the sectors and factors involved?
(Sorry if its a bit heavy but started typing and got carried away)
Thoughts and wishes are with you all, American and UK. x

First let me say Pepper your great, you cook too. damm you got a lucky man. Hey you name the place for the dinner and I'll stop in someday.
As for the situation over here. Cjroxy, I understand that you are saying. You Brits have experience terrorism for years with the trouble with the IRA and all. And I think we all know you can only believe about one quarter of what the media says. It's only the bad stuff and most American's and Brit's only hear what is bad and gory. Unfortunately Death sells news.
I have been in Law Enforcement in the states for over thirty years and have been in some situation just as bad as over here I have lost friends in both places. I guess I would say that we can all make judgments but unless you have been over here and have seen it first hand you really do not know. Sure this country has been at war for the last 40 years. But it still does not make it right when the Taliban comes into a village and kills ever teacher, policeman or literate person because ignorance makes them important. People are not aloud to learn and better themselves or their children unless it is what the Taiban says it should be, To me that is wrong. I have never seen either British or Americans trying to change the Afghans religious beliefs and we shouldn't, but I have seem schools, hospitals, roads and homes that we have built for an impoverished people. All I can really say is it is an imperfect world and Afghanistan is not a perfect situation but at least I have gave it my all to change it for the better and helped the people over here. But who am I , I am just another guy who believes "If your going to talk the talk then you had better walk the walk, or your just another sheep". Anyway I love fish and chips and Pubs. You and the hubby and I can chat this over some when I go through London in October. LOL Love ya

(43) days and counting ....... So where are all the inquisitive people on WN. Questions are not all directed to me. Everyone is to join in. Questions like who has the sexiest lips, sexiest legs, best looking eyes, best looking butt, crazies personality or anything you want to ask anyone. Come on people I thought WN was more spontaneous then this, go for it...

Hey Loner, allow me to join in with a big THANK YOU to yourself and all of the men in women in our troops!!! For loner how long have you been in the armed services and how many wars have you fought in? For the rest of us Americans, how many have served how country and how many wars have you fought in?

I've always prayed for our troops and their families. Recently, I've prayed a bit harder for the parents of a home town soldier who was killed in Iraq... flags around town are flying at half mast.
I don't have a question for you, I'll let everyone else do that. I just want to say thank you.. thank each and every one of you for making me and my family feel safe over here. I try not to keep up with the poles about how many people in America support the war but I do know that there is so much pride and appreciation all over my little town for our troops... I just want you and everyone over there to know that. Please be safe....

41 days left. Lets see 1971 the Nam and 2005 to present in Afghanistan. "The sand box with mountains" Army the first time, I can't talk about it the second. Thanks everyone for your support and lets move on to to someone answering Cjroxy questions. LOL

1. Haven't seen any I like a lot yet. Personally looking to get one myself soon, haven't decided where to put it.
