I googled up something like "National Holiday Calender" for these threads, the one I have bookmarked also has calendars for the UK, Austrailia and Canada too since we do have allot of members from those countries.

The countries from where our active members are from that we might be interested in their holidays are Scotland, Austrailia, UK, Canada....ummmm... can anyone think of any others?
(This site shows UK holidays and also shows individual holidays for England, Scotland, etc...)

Well, I can send you the link I have, it covers all countries, but it doesn't cover US holidays as thoroughly as Tiger's calendar does.....maybe just google up "online holiday calendars"....I'll try to help when I can.

we get a monthly newsletter at work, there's usually a page on it that has a list of obscure days and holidays...
that's where i get mine from...
