comercialized television series...
what the heck is the tv world coming to??
now we have to watch (yeah, i probably will tune in and check it out...) a television series based on a stupid GIECO insurance ad...featuring those goofy cavemen. i wonder if they'll be plugging GEICO during the actual show? and why haven't the cavemen had any interactions with the GEICO gecko?

Re: comercialized television series...
I guess that's why I need to get cable. The local and network channels don't seem to be doing so good anymore.

Re: comercialized television series...
I thought the caveman ads were pretty good, for ads.
Can't say at this point whether a series inspired by them will rock or suck...but I'll keep an open mind and check it out.

Re: comercialized television series...
I think the caveman thing is kinda... lame. I'd rather watch the gecko than the caveman. He was kinda cuter even if it was animated.

Re: comercialized television series...
The gecko is cute, but too cute...kinda childish and I don't think he (the gecko) could carry a series.

i wonder if...
during prehistoric times?
would the caveman have eaten the gecko?
or made it into his pet?

Cable isn't much better. In an hour show, you see about 30 minutes of show. No more. The quality isn't much better either. That's why i watch History, Discovery, TCM, TVland--ect. I'm sure you get the idea

Does anyone remember the claymation show with the California Raisins? I liked that show.
