How do get noticed?
I'm new to internet dating and could use some advice.
I'm a neat,clean, mature, experienced sensitive college prof but people think we (especially physicists) don't get horny. I am in serious need of some romance. It snot that I am not attractive, but I was stuck in this god-awful boring marriage until the kids grew up and moved out and now we were able to separate.
So, how does one go about finding partners, convincing the you are real, and getting them to respond? I added a couple of pictures to my profile.

You've got a great profile! Just one little tiny thing, on an adult site photos with children in them will get deleted, so although I love the photo, you may want to go ahead and crop out the child in the photo yourself.
The main photo is excellent!
The best way to get the most out of this site is to just relax, get to know us all and become part of the community by being as active and visible as possible.
The forums are good, lots of people read the forums. There always a good bunch of people in the "Lobby" too.
There's lots of ways to get noticed, I'll send you a note soon when I have more time online.

Thanks for the advice. I look forward to more. yes,I guess I need to mess with photoshop and do some cropping. I'm a textbook author and a friend snapped the picture of me speaking to a class.
I don't have any "personal" pix as yet. Need someone to take a few!

I really do think it's a reallly great photo, but adult sites have rules.
The best suggestion is to just jump in and mix it up with all of us, reply to forum topics, start some new ones, and hang out in "The Lobby"...the regulars here will be happy to help you find your way around the site.
