some one out there must no way i like to dress up as a woman all i do is dress to have sex do i need help.

There are plenty of men who like to cross dress...they understand it, and accept it as a part of them...
If the need and want to cross dress is upsetting you, making your life painful, causing you much self doubt and lowering your self esteem...they yes you do need help, you need help in understanding it all...
You say your are bi-sexual..how's that working for you? Are you comfortable with that?
Our sexuality should bring us joy, intimacy and all that...if that's not how it is for you..then find someone to talk to and get some help.
Just do some Internet searches...I'm betting there are plenty of sites with forums and information for someone who's sexuality is confusing them (at the least)
I'll even help you do some Internet searches if you like, just let me know.

I always feel that if you don't hurt anyone, and you enjoy what you do, then what's the harm. So many men dress as woman and carry on with their lives, so if it makes you happy, then don't worry what others think or say. It's your life and you can live it your way.

I so agree HBG....this is not a matter of what others think about cross dressing, it's not a morality thing about whether anyone else thinks it's right or wtong.
This is a matter of your own mental health and happiness...
If it's what's right about you and it makes you happy is all that matters...if it's causing you great distress...then find some help to deal with the distress and learn to be a happy cross dresser!
