Consensual Sex
In the throes of sexual passion,at what point could the encounter be considered non-consensual?
In my opinion, when the woman says "no" to any form of sexual inter-play.
What are your views?
Peace and Blessings,

Re: Consensual Sex
there is a limit. If you are not yet "in" and I say NO, then it is a definite "NO." But if you are in and flailing away, and I suddenly say "no", then somehow I have trouble with it suddenly becoming non-consensual.
I don't really understand the way the law works on this issue. It seems that it is up to the prosecutor as to what constitutes "consensual" If he doesn't like you (Kobe), then you are screwed (literally).

i would think that, at whatever stage, no is still no. even if he's "in".

Re: Consensual Sex
I think the same rules would apply for a married couple as anybody else. If he's already in and she says no he should just stop. I'm not saying you can't cuss and stomp off to the bathroom to finish the job but definatly should stop and see what the heck is going on.

Re: Consensual Sex
So, a man should spend 25 to Life in prison if he doesn't pull out instantly?
I'm just playing devil's advocate here.

Re: Consensual Sex
What if he says "NO" and you are on the bottom... must you throw him to the floor getting out? If you don't shouldn't you spend life in prison?

absolutly. if you have him in any way restrained. but if he is free to get up himself, he would be laughed out of court.
