Wishes for Liz
I'd like to put together a bit of encouragement to send to our friend Liz. Please post something in this thread or send your thoughts directly to me. I am a VIP member so anyone can send their thoughts to me privately by going to my profile and sending me a message...
If you want to write a poem, song lyrics or just have some encouraging, uplifting thoughts to share with her I will compile your thoughts and send them to her.
Thanks to everyone for supporting Liz and Kelly through this difficult time. Remember, miracles happen, every breath we take is a miracle...every day we live is a miracle, every friend we make is a miracle, everyone we love is a miracle...Liz is a miracle...

Liz, since knowing you, you have made such a difference to my life, not a day went by we didn't chat and have a laugh.
You were the sunshine on a cloudy day and the smile i needed.
I'm finding this hard to say how i feel but hopefully i have said what you mean to me in my messages to you.
I pray so hard that you will win this battle.

I just don't seem to know what to say, but I know my thoughts are wrapped around words and phrases like...courage, strength, true love, deep commitment, two splendid souls....
You both have been living a love story that since day one, leaves a beautiful lingering impression on all that you cross paths with.

of the numerous miracles which you obtained from God for those who have turned to you in
their need. For so many years, you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys

My simple words just don't seem to be enough at this time, and it seems somehow wrong for me to quote anyone else's words written for another person, because they simply can't do justice to explain how important you have become to me. Thru out your battle with this you always were there for me. In return all I could offer were my prayers and wishes for you to over come. You have touched me with your love for that I will always be grateful. The battle is not over and neither are my prayers for you sweetheart.

There is nothing I can add that hasn't been said. But I want liz & kelly to know, that since I started chatting with them, I grew very fond of them both. Both very special ppl. Liz is such a sweet lady & was very easy to get to know.I consider her a very special friend, & a awesome , wonderful lady. I love her deeply, & she is never far from my thoughts.............Doug

I have exchanged a few private messages with LIZ and even though I don't know her as others on WN do, I find her very respectful as to her post replies to my posts and a sweet and lovely person in our brief private messages we have exchanged. I do hope she returns to mix it up in the WN forums.... LIZ

I didn't get a chance to chat with Liz much before she got really sick, but the times I did chat with her I knew she was such a special person! She is a very caring person. I think about her every day.

To a very special lady, you are truely a one of a kind person that gives of herself like no one I've seen. I wish you could have made that trip this summer, I would have so loved to see you in person. But knowing you as I did, you will always have a special place in my heart of hearts. When I first logged on here you sent me a message encouraging me to participate in everything. You got my attention and got me out of my shell (yes folks I used to be shy). You have brought out the best in many people with caring sweet words. Now it's our turn to encourage you and Kelly to keep up the fight, tell each other how much you care many times a day and know that your WebNaughty family cares about you very much. I just wanted to thank you for all your prayers. She did here them. I am so sorry to inform all of her friends that My dear SWEET Liz passed away this morning. She NEVER stopped fighting. SHE WILL BE MISSED. I'm just a mess but that is to be expected. She was truly one of a Kind. Beautiful inside and out. It has been a honor to be the love of her life as she would say.I don't understand why the good lord took her away. I WILL ALWAYS LOVE HER. Ty Kelly

i am so very, very sorry to hear that Kelly, i can understand you are just a mess, you know it is coming but when it does it is still a shock to you, before you sleep tonight if you can, look up at the sky, you will see a star shining brighter than the rest, that star will be Liz watching over you & her parents and all of the friends she made

My condolences to you and her family, hopefully we can all be at peace knowing her pain has ended and now she can watch over all of her friends and love ones......I'm so sorry Kelly, stay strong and please let me know if there is anything more I can do.......She is with God now, and I'm positive she will be honored as guardian angel in heaven!

I have had this song on my mind ever since Kelly let us know that Liz was home and didn't have much longer with her. This is such a powerful song, and it makes me think of how strong Liz was clear to the end. I know she is dancing now.

I'm so sorry, Kelly.....
Liz was the epitome of this quote:
"I shall pass this way but once, therefore, any good that I can do or any kindness that I can show, let me do it now for I shall not pass this way again."
I haven't had the honor of knowing a person with such kindness and I suppose I never will again. I feel truly blessed to have known her...... she will be missed terribly.

I sorry to hear of your loss. I only chatted with Liz a few times but she was the type who made you feel like a friend from the start. Liz is no longer in pain and I know that no amount of words can ease the pain you must be feeling. You are in the thoughts and prayers of many. Stay strong.

Kelly I have been in your situation not too long ago and I know how hard it is to say goodbye for the last time, and know it is the last. I was blessed with 37 wonderful years and the memories of the good times and adventures we shared are what keeps me going forward. She is in a better place and free of all the pain and suffering now. She touched many lives and made a difference in this world. You need to carry on what she started, just be kind to everyone you meet in this life as a permanent memorial to her. My prayers are with you and your families. Please call on me if you ever want to talk. We will all miss her very much!

I've been in Philadelphia since last week and I had a chance to talk to Kelly. He sounds like he is exhausted and I know he is numb. In the year since our sweet Liz was diagnosed this community has been incredibly supportive.
Liz and I bonded through Cancer, she and my Mom were diagnosed at around the same time. In spite of what she was going through, Liz was there for me, sending me emails, being supportive and talking me through my sorrow. So many of us had come to love her playful spirit and her kindness. Now WN has a tiny, silly, little angel watching over us...goodbye my Maryann...Gilligan's Island will never be the same without you...

My Dear Lizonya you will be missed by all but all of us have been blessed to have known someone as special as you wether it was for a long period or short period in our lives.
