I'm a props and costume person myself....hate the spotlight thing, love all that behind the scenes stuff..
I suppose we should also add
pyrotechics
stunt drivers and stunt persons
Body doubles
Special effects

Acting, my dad always said i was a great actress when i was young, not sure whether it was in a good way!!!  
I'd love to star in a period drama, all those lovely dresses, i'm not really a dress person, but i love those period ones. Or maybe a sexy vampire movie, heaven

I never knew that casts had phones. learn somethin' new everyday.

Definitely acting! I've had a speaking part before and got "my name up in lights"....that is a real adreniline rush. Fun to assume another persona and play with it till you are comfortable "in character". Really makes you respect the actors who are able to do major parts frequently and keep their character real and belivable all the way through production.
I've also done some sound work and post production. Making all the pieces fit together is also lots of fun.
