Guys, have you ever cried at a movie? (ladies can post here too!)
the other night, in a chat with a friend, the subject of movies came up...i said "Old Yeller" was a favorite childhood flick....she told me that was a movie "real men" were allowed to cry over...
can you think of any others?

I'm glad you said guys...I cry so often it isn't worth trying to remember all the movies. I even cry at commercials.

Good question!! Old Yeller is a real tear jerker for anyone!
Wasn't there a few older sports movies that could make grown men cry...like "Brian's Song" and maybe a few others that I can't think of right now!

I can't say that any movie has made me cry. But there have been a couple that made a eye or two well up a little. But I wouldn't be able to tell which ones. It the old timer disease.

Oh yeh I've cried! When I realized I paid $10 to get in, $5 for the popcorn, $4 for a soda, my feet are in a puddle of sticky 6 hour old spilled soda and some butt f**k's cell phone keeps ringing. And to top that all off.....the movie f**kin' sucks!!
Oh yeh, how I do love the cinema......

Cried during "Where the Red Fern Grows" and also during A.I.~~ a movie I categorically HATE and will never watch again.
Warren knows me too well, lol, not allowed to watch any movie concerning the holocaust, I am depressed for days after.
Lots of commercials will make me tear up, esp Christmas ones and one Christmas song, "The Red Shoes"

yep, i bawled out loud at the movie "Mask", the true story of Rocky Dennis, the boy in Calif. he was born without a face(as we know it), but really very intelligent. Cher portrayed his mother and was nothing short of great !!!

I hardly ever cry, but a couple of movies destroy my anti tear streak.
The Last samurai
&
Honey I shrunk the kids - when the ant gets killed it used to really upset me as a kid, and I figured id grow out of it, but the second i see them climb into the lego brick and I know its coming my throat starts to hurt and i have to turn it off!
