Paper or.......
How does everyone here get payed on payday? Do you still live in the past and insist on a paper check so you can trudge to the bank, stand in line to get it cashed or have you joined the 21st century and signed up for direct deposit? Your reasons for your choice?
Oh I'm sorry, have I angered anyone in posing this question?

Re: Paper or.......
As a government employee, we are mandated by statute to be paid by direct deposit.

Re: Paper or.......
As a post script.....As far as I know, the only type of non-personal check other than a company check not available for direct deposit is an unemployment check, at least in the states of MA and CT.

Re: Paper or.......
I get paid monthly and it goes straight into my bank account. I do get a wage slip showing what i have been paid.

Re: Paper or.......
Being self employed, I have to do it the old fashioned way, since I'm paid after each job, with a check.
