I have such great memories from when I was 4, learning to fly a kite in the big open field, my big fuzzy Persian kitten, kool aid and cookies, and a few bad memories, my big brother use to terrorize me sometimes, threw my favorite doll up on our roof!

Sugar and water, hummingbird food! Haven't seen too many hummingbirds hangin' around my feeders lately...I guess they must be nesting...I"ve never seen a hummingbird's nest...they say the nest is about the size of a golfball and the eggs are about the same size as TicTac breath mints! I'd just love to see one and see the chicks after they hatch...that'd be a hoot!

My brother called me out of the blue this past Saturday night. He is still mad as hell at me for not calling him more often. Hell, he lives in North Carolina and I haven't seen him for about 5 years but he still says I'm his hero. Why? I still don't know!  It's a long story.......

Doesn't seem that simple math skills are taught anymore, I can't remember the last time someone working a cash register could actually count my change back to me.
Hell, in my tiny little town, the power goes out, and the checkers have to halt all business transactions cuz they can't count, add, and subtract...some can't even with a calculator.

Our yard needs mowing again. That is the one thing I refuse to do around here. Hubby and our youngest son do that job. Not that I don't like to mow, but I do almost everything else around here so I figure they can do that.

I am the designated "do everything" person in our home. While my sugar-momma wife works, I see to it that all the phone calls are made, the wash is done, appointments made, be the official mother-in-law transporter, the bill payer and on top of all that, I am expected to be "ready" when my wife is feeling amorous...... Oh the humanity!!

I have curly hair...lots of curly hair...when it rains or I go swimming and just let it air dry, I end up with tons of coils of curls like Shirly Temple. I used to just hate it when the sleek and flat hairsytles were popular like now...I'm waiting for the curly look to come back into vogue.

So many things have added scents now..laundry soap, fabric softner all lately are labled with the "Fabreeze" trademark...seems everything has the added scent of "fabreeze" now.
There are just some things I prefer to be unscented, but those are few, and I like trying a new scent in bath soaps, laundry stuff, dishwashing soap...
