Re: Re: And justice for all.........
QUOTE (Chazzy @ June 11, 2007, 20:41)Just caught the recent updates ....her medical condition???
Attention deficit disorder, claustrophobia, and mild depression...that's her medical condition that put her in the twin towers that is reserved only for those suffering from ACUTE illnesses....now there is a petition to recall sheriff Baca...if I had any doubts about her getting special treatment, they are squelched now!!! She is in a private room, with a view, private bath, ping pong table, and while all other families waited in line for 5 hours to see their incarcerated loved ones....Paris's family was whisked right through to the front of the line...
Makes me wanna puke!!
Put that brat back in her cell!!!!
When I found out this is not a perfect world we live in, I started to loosen my collar and take a few breaths instead of letting every little thing upset me. Everyone does not live like we do, some people have appointed positions and are also appointed to what direction to take on certain issues and reasons that we do not fully understand, there are lots of circumstances and lots of people jobs involved. While they are trying to protect people to the best of their ability, we do not always understand there reasons or decisions.

A victim is the innocent person hurt, not the person in jail for causing, or who could have caused someone to be hurt or killed. It's a shame some people in this world forget that and stick up for the guilty.

I have to say on reading this thread i was shocked that anyone would back paris after the offense she committed and the thread was about what she has done and not what anyone else has done. Quite worrying to think she would have people backing her.

Re: And justice for all.........
My concern is that people are so fixated on what some dumb ass celeb is doing, or what some else is doing, that they forget to watch what they are doing. I personlly don't give a rats ass about what she, Paris, does or any other celeb. Most of them have become so self absorbed in themselves, that they have forgot to act like a human. This is the only way for them to get the attention that they want/need. Look at a lot of the other very wealthy people, 95% of them never hit the headlines, nor do they want too.

Re: And justice for all.........
The reason I followed this story from the start, is just to see if she could change, if the whole "pack" of hers could change, then the story just kept getting stranger, now the sherrif and his department could get investigated not only for what Baca did for Paris, but what they may and may have not done in the past.
I too, get totally sick of even hearing her name, but I'll continue to follow the updates.

Re: And justice for all.........
Just because someone does not seek revenge of Paris, because of what happend to others, close friends/family in a auto accident in another place and time, and not want to totally condemn her for what COULD have happened,,, because she is Rich and a snob, and is not Jealous of her lifestyle DOES NOT mean they are sticking-up for her.
keeping track of her every move and news release like an Eagle stalking prey, is a long-shot thinking that will reveal an immediate lifestyle change, which could take many years.
I wish Paris the Best, and hope that someday she will turn around and do something good not only for her self but for the people around her. and in the mean time I can sit back knowing that I have not let the old saying: "Misery loves company" fall upon me.

I do think that she and her family are getting some very poor PR and legal advice. She desperately needs better, saner, more knowledgeable people on her team...
All I personally can hope for, is that after all this, she never ever gets behind the wheel doped and drunk again...
And sadly, it is becoming more and more apparent that she is indeed receiving allot of special treatment...
I''m not obsessing over this, btw...I've also posted and replied to many other news stories, the teen consensual sex case, the whales in the Sacramento river, the shuttle launch, etc ...this is just ONE topic on a whole page full of topics.

Re: And justice for all.........
I think the whole point of this thread was what she did not the fact she has money or that any of us are jealous of her, which is a silly comment to make, especially with how serious this crime was we are talking about. But of what could have happened and thankfully didn't. I can't personally understand anyone who would not agree what she did was wrong and if she had done her sentence without being a baby about it, she would have not been in the papers again. Look at what she did not who she is. We would feel the same if this was anyone else.

She drove a car after taking drugs and being over the limit, she did wrong, i think you are the only one who see's this as a paris thing, most of us see the seriousness of what she did and the fact she wasn't grown up enough to take her punishment. She thought she could buy her way out of it, and she couldn't.

Ole' PARIS has been transferred to the main prison to serve the remainder of her sentence. I predict she'll start to act up very shortly! Pretty soon, both the A.D.D. and the claustrophobia will kick in. Oh yeh, she'll also start to scream for her mommy!!!!

Oh good to know her dry skin cleared up!
I'm still trying to sort through some of the facts...is she really getting more time than others? Does this mean she's getting more time for others who broke probation as much as she did, did these others show contempt of court on every court date as she did? Did these others also not do their mandatory alcohol abuse classes within the time limit? Or are the "others" just DUI "first offense"?

Thirdly...back on topic...If Paris being made an example does nothing more than encourage Lindsey to take her 2nd rehab seriously, then plenty of good has come of it!
I did see where all the "bad girls" have lost out to making the "Forbes 100 most powerful celebrities" list this year...I hope this is a sign of a new trend!

You do not have to go back and check stuff, no one said the word Syndrome but You.
Usually a person that has dreams or visions of past events is said to have symptoms of PTS. And you are right PTSD has to be clinicly diagnosed. I think WTF is in Capital letters,, Com'mon chazzy,,,,are we gonna need an attourney here?

Well good then, cuz I never once posted that I had "post tramatic" anything, I never said I had "visions and dreams" of a past event, I have mentioned having memories of images (who the hell doesn't have "bad" memories" )
Using capital letters especially for abbreviations like WTF is common amoung tons of people, and it's so freakin' common for anyone to occasionally use all captital letters to spell out a few words, and so is using an execss of punctuations like question marks and exclamation points when posting, PMing, IMing, and emailing.
If my sanity, or mental stabilty is going to be questioned, lets leave it for the highly trained and quailified.
It's so obvious (to everyone by now, I'm sure)that this is just a bunch of silly, nit picking bickering between you and I...it may have been amusing for a bit, but let's knock it off now...

Here is What you said about drunk drivers Chazzy, I am Sorry if I mis- interperated what you said.
Ya know...I'm such a stinker about drunk driving, and I think I may have to just lay off the topic for awhile...it's beginning to bring back those vivid pictures in my head of that day...that beautiful clear summer day on that stretch of rural highway, the farmer just wanting to go aways down the road to turn into his pasture to feed his cattle, the drunk speeding up to his tailgate, the horrible crash I saw happen right in front of me, the car tumbled in the air over and over before it hit that steep ravine, the woman passenger broken and cut in that twisted heap, screaming, crying, moaning...all while her companion, the drunk driver, crawled around on all fours outside the wreckage where she lay, trying to pick up and hide as many beer cans as he could before the cops got there...
Sadly, that is not the only incident in my memory of lives lost, lives ruined from a drunk driver...I just want to try to get these images out of my head again...
I am Sorry again Chazzy, But I was only going on what you said in a related thread about drinking and driving. Hope you will except my appology.

Yeah, I remember what I wrote, and even in the quote here, I never said I had "dreams or visions" of past events, or mentioned anything that could lead anyone to think I have any symptoms of "Post Traumatic" anything...and I was against drunk driving BEFORE that accident...nobody has lived a perfect and golden life, we all have past images and bad memories of something. That's normal for anyone.
As far as my punctuation, and the occasionally use of capital letters, that's just silly... HH...check through all your posts...I'm so sure that you've done it plenty of times too...and again, it's quite normal
So fine, you've apologized for the incorrect armchair psychiatric diagnosis, I appreciate that...

I am apologizing only because you get so easily hurt and upset all the time,,,I have NEVER diagnosed you or anyone of anything
I simply stated,,, PEOPLE that USUALLY have visions or dreams about past traumatic experiences COULD have post traumatic stress.
So I do not know why you are trying to put words out here that are not specificly true
I supose it is probably my fault that you feel that way because of the nature of the topic and the things that you vividly stated about your self relating to a past accident, and also because I do alot of reading about all types of medical fields, and when something comes up in a topic that I have read about, I have a tendency to bring light to what I have read about, when I should just keep it to my self. And from now on I certainly will. I am in no way a doctor and I do not claim to be, let alone a armchair psychiatrist! I again publicly apologize for upsetting you and nothing more. And I hope we can get over this once and for all, I think you are a great moderator and I do not want to do this anymore with you or anyone else here at Webnaughty.
