Damn........
Once again, another young innocent person has been found murdered. The news of finding the body of KELSY SMITH, who just graduated from a KANSAS high school about a week and a half ago, is disheartening. The authorities traced her cell phone signal which led them to an area in MISSOURI where her body was found. A "person of interest" seen on a surveillance camera at a mall near her home, shows him following her to her car where he appears to have abducted her last Saturday by forcing her into her car and making her drive away from the mall parking lot. They know who the man is and he has a long criminal record. He will be prosecuted under federal law because of the car jacking violation and the fact that she was transported across the KANSAS-MISSOURI state line.
He'll face the death penalty, guaranteed!! The federal court will seek that penalty and they'll get it. If convicted, he's f**ked........

Re: Damn........
If he is found guilty, the death penalty is much too good for that slimy piece of shit. Let's put him in a room of just slightly disheartened mother's. I'm sure they'll know how to take care of him.

Re: Damn........
We just heard the sad news on a radio station while at work. We all had been watching the local news since she had been missing. Just made us sick.

Re: Damn........
It was heart wrenching to hear of her death
He will probably end up on death row with an unlimited number of appeals
Death row inmates should not be able to appeal their death conviction
Their victims had no appeals not even one so why should the one who took their life have more than the victim
take care
