What would you call it?
I've been putting out piles of birdseed right out side a few windows, it amuses my cats watching the birds up so close, but during the course of this, I've found myself with another pet or two....a couple of squirrels, and they are getting tamer by the day...and just like any living thing, I have this need to give them a name, hell, I'll name a spider if it's been lived in my house for more than a day or two.....anyway, one is an adult squirrel with a hole in it's ear, don't know how it's ear got "pierced" but it did...the other one is just a bit of a baby..so ...what are some good squirrel names anyway...I guess they should be non gender specific, since they aren't nearly tame enough for me to get "right there" and check their sex..
Squirrely is out, got a cat named that...(oh she so earned that name, she's squirrely as hell)....
Now to the point of all this....what are some good squirrel names?

They are getting pretty tame....and bold, the little one still runs when I walk out on my porch but today he wasn't in that big of a hurry, and actually scurried right across my toes! It kinda tickled...guess I couls name it "Tickles"...

Oh stop....I'm reading them all, gonna keep them in mind and as I get to know the little fuzzy rodents better, I'll know what name fits them the best.
Foamy is my favorite internet cartoon, google illwillpress or Foamy the Squirrel and check it out.

Right now we have cardinals all over the neighborhood, I've never seen so many...they are torturing out squirrels...they swoop down and bop them on the top of the heads, it is so fun to watch but I've found that cardinals are beautiful bullies...

The baby one is just too darn cute, it's sitting on the outside sill of my kitchen window right now! Mamma is nearby and they are both stuffing thier cheeks full of sunflower seeds....gonna put some squirrel food on my Walmart shopping list!

Damn, ya'll are mean, we use the neighbor's cats for things like field events, one night my brother in law (after a few drinks) did a cat toss over the fence after spinning around like a discus thrower...if it had been a squirrel he would have had the crap bitten out of him!!!

I guess I should feel blessed that around these parts squirrel isn't a delicacy, when we talk about "roadkill" they are talking about a deer or a hog...eeks...don't bring rodents in my house to cook!!!
I guess if you named them Alvin and Theo you could call the Momma "Dave" and you and your husband could sit around singing..."OOO, EEE, OOO, Ahh, Ahh, Bing Bang Wala Wala Bang Bang..." You could call the Momma "Toot Sweet," OK, I confess I watched way too much Disney...um, growing up...yeah, I never watch that stuff with my kids...LOL!!!

Okay...now the chipmunks are showing up...and I thought baby squirrels were just too cute, now the baby chipmunks!
