Someone tell me...what do they put in pain killers that makes you goofy as heel?

Depends on what your prescription is, some are opiates, make you very goofy! You can look up yours online and find out what's in 'em

Pain killers aim to switch off your sensation of pain, they can also overlap into switching off your sensory perception of the world, probably making you feel goofy. One of those possible side effects
