Any help with the live chat?
Ive tried about 10 times to open the chat room but its not happening, and its not down cos theres 9 people in there! Any clues what might be wrong, the window opens, but it doesnt load?

Try to hold down your contrl (Ctrl) key down while you click on the room and try it again. It maybe your popup blocker causing your problem. Hope it helps

Okay...have you been behaving yourself in there? NO reason for you to be banned?
If you have been behaving, then check the support forum, and see if someone else has had the same problem and what suggestions were offered to them

I've heard of others having that problem too, including myself. I think it may have something to do with a new java update that just happened, not sure though. 
I just kept trying and finally got in

Well thank you so much, sounds like you may have helped allot here!
I don't have the java downloaded at all yet ( did a reformat sometime ago and just havent' gotten around to all kinds of downloads yet.)
I'm guessing one could check the java site and get any newer downloads from there?

Okay....just checked out the java site and the latest version they have for download is ...Version 6 Update 1...
So I guess check your java and make sure you do have the latest...and maybe uninstall, then reinstall it.
Please, anyone knows what's going on, pipe right in about it!

I have checked Java, reinstalled it etc, tried the chatroom about a hundred times and its still not working! I havent been able to get in the chatroom for weeks and **** do i miss it! Anyone got any ideas? please help!

Have you checked the member support forum? There are several threads there with detailed descriptions of chat problems, and just as detailed suggestions..
It might help to know a little more about your OS, browser, anti-virus, firewalls, etc...
