Spring has Sprung...
Does anyone have spring fever? I know I do.  . When were you introduced... at what age... to the birds and the bees, and by who? ... You know that first chat you have either by your parents or by friends, or through your own personal, private way.

At about 11 or 12 I got real curious when our friends dog was pregnant and it was getting real obvious that she was going to have the puppies soon. My Mom explained a lot that day...I couldn't believe that people did the same thing but another neighbor was beginning to show quite a bit so I finally believed it. My only question (which I didn't ask) was how the heck could something like a watermelon seed get in there anyway. It was at least a year before I would eat watermelon without wondering what I would do if I got pregnant from it. Odd how an example gets stuck in a kids brain.
