backsliding...
Any changes you're trying to make, any bad habits your trying to break, but you end up backsliding, maybe a little maybe allot?
I end up backsliding quite a bit, I'm trying to improve my health and diet, but the husband changes jobs every few months, different shifts, and by the time I adjust everything to one shift, he changes jobs again, or ends up hanging around the house unemployed upsetting everything!

I'm trying not to get defensive when my wife and I argue. It's a very difficult thing to do when the natural thing to do would be to defend your actions or point of view. I am attempting to bite my tongue but sometimes she eggs me on when I just stand there and say nothing.
