I'll be in the chat room at [Select Date and Time], 
Basically something where we can give a little more specific information for contact with the other person when they're not online. And do the same for responses, using the second suggestion as an example (since the first will probably never happen...): I'm sorry, I can't be in the chat room at that time, but I can be there at [Select Date and Time]. Hope to see you then!

Anything interactive would be great with say 40 character limit for user input. Good suggestions Mooant!
or
add:
"I'm in the chat room now. Please join me."
"I'm only a free member. Look for me in Live Chat ."
Please consider some flexibility or us "freebies". We need love too.

Maybe post your suggestions in the member support forum. ..
I do beleive something similiar has been posted there a few times before..... maybe search it out there, and see what abs posted as an answer before...he may have considered somthing like this, but he's a busy guy and sometimes a little reminder wouldn't hurt!

Traditionaly the person creating the post starts out with what their own thoughts, Idea's and phrases are first, then asks the members what their views are,,,,,Com'mon TicaD  give us a few Naughty Notes you would like to say,,,,
