Carbon Offsets.......
The latest scam evolving from the global warming fad is what is termed "carbon offsets". What that means is say you plant 75 trees in UGANDA. Then you can continue your polluting lifestyle with impunity. I'll assume that you are supposed to rid your self of the guilt associated with a decadent lifestyle as long as you give back to the earth!
The HOLLYWOOD beautiful people, the ones cheering on the GW hysteria, are making fun of SHERYL CROW's suggestion that everyone use just 1 square. Can you imagine anyone of these phonys giving up their lifestyles in any way shape or form? Hell, they won't even consider only using 1 square. Forget about taking public transportation.
Remember their motto, "do as I say, not as I do"!!!
