Re: Fine Female Figure
i sure hope that the " Marilyn Monroe ) type figures ARE making a comeback Lib ! although i dont really care for a truly "large" figure, a lady with well-defined curves grabs my attention, and makes for terrific fantasies! nice thread sweetie, thanks for bringing it to our attention !!!

Re: Fine Female Figure
As far as runway models, I applaud the recent decisions by some to exclude "too skinny" models...
Tyra looks so much better than Paris!!
I never understood why Paris was such a sex symbol, so bony!

Re: Fine Female Figure
Most definitely want a woman with a figure. NO skin and bones for me. It's one thing to be in shape, ie Pepper, but this super thin stuff is a real turn off.

Yup, I never did like the looks of those models who look like they've been on a hunger strike for 10 years. I like some shape.

Re: Fine Female Figure
The meat maybe sweeter closer to the bone...but I prefer more bounce per ounce.
So, give me a woman with some well defined curves and a little "meat on her bones"

Thanks, Pa
you'd be surprised how many people have asked me why I'm so thin, am I anorexic or bulemic?
I just want to smack them so hard.
Super skinny has never been sexy to me, whether it's a woman or a man. I have seen some male models who rival the skinniest women models and it's just ....ick. Much prefer my guys (both to look at and to touch) with a little muscle (nice abs, back, apollos belt, ect)...I like to feel the weight, on, behind, under me, not like I'm going to break their bones...

Re: Fine Female Figure
Really, there's nuttin' wrong with skinny or chubby, the problem is with Madison Avenue and Hollywood trying to make anyone feel uncomfortable or obsessed about what their natural body image is...it's the "head trips" laid on us that shatter self esteem enough to create a whole category full of eating and self image disorders.
Nothing is more beautiful than a WHOLE person, some who loves the skin they are in, and loves what underneath the skin...
The only real ugly here is all the despair and self hatred brought about by magazines, TV and movies shoving at us their idea of beautiful and perfect.

There's a new commercial out for some kind of skin lotion with a touch of tanning agent in it. The women are not by any means "large," but they're not bean poles either. They're "normal" and obviously comfortable in their skin. It's become one of my favorite commercials.

Re: Fine Female Figure
I've always been curvy...never been skinny by any stretch of the imagination...I'm very comfortable with myself and know I don't fit into any mold but the one God made me in...I doing alright just the way I am...plus, sexy is a state of mind.

Re: Fine Female Figure
To me the figure is nothing more than the cover on the book. And you can't judge a book by its cover. You have to get to know somebody first. So looks are not everything. Albeit, I do have my limitations as to what book I want to look inside the cover on.........

Re: Fine Female Figure
As far as models go we all know what looks good and what does not. Personality and body looks are two very separate things, taking marriage and love out of the picture, leaves very little leeway left for what most men feel is pleasing to the eye and what is not.
As far as runnway models go it is all up to what a wanna-be model whats to subject herself to, just to attain the glory she needs to satisfy herself. We dont care how skinny she is as long as she has a cute face protruding nipples, a round butt and a sexy walk.We dont even care about the cloths, if she can cause a "Bulge" she is in.
