On Exhibit
Do you own anything that you still wear, use or just can't throw away that maybe should or could be a museum exhibit?
Some 8-track tapes in a closet, a authentic "Doors" or "Rolling Stones" concert T-shirt, a kitchen appliance that... hell, works just fine and they don't make 'em like that anymore?

Re: On Exhibit
I used to have my families original NES, but a couple Christmases ago, I passed it on to the next family member. Of course, I had all the other Nintendo systems, so I could have started my own Nintendo Museum. It actually might be an endeavor someday, to collect a copy of every game ever made for the old systems... My own private video game museum...

Re: On Exhibit
You bet I do...
My first concert was Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, I still have that t-shirt. And then there was the Pat Benetar concert shirt from when about ten of my girlfriends and I went to see her...I know the item doesn't make the memory but I swear I love them...Until recently I had my shoes from my prom...they were those Cherokee's with the really high wedge shoes and I wanted to wear them to my next class reuinion...LOL...I opened the box recently and the heel had disintegrated in the box...I laughed so hard tears were falling down my cheeks.

Re: On Exhibit
I have a 70's mood ring, and a 60's "smoking stone" pendant necklace with a pot leaf motif on it and a few other "hippie" things...these things belonged to my older brother and sister, they threw them away and I thought there might be some historical value to these things some day...and man..I was right!

Re: On Exhibit
How funny Chazzy, I have my sister's mood ring, I was too little to have one that fit me so when she was getting rid of hers I statched it up. I also kept my AC/DC Back in Black album, a Paul McCartney and Wings and Kool and the Gang 8-track tape...one of my favorite songs was Get Down On It by K&G (I had no clue what that meant when I was walking around the house singing to it!!!)
