So when you screw up, and get really mad at yourself...what name do you call yourself or what do you say to "you"?
I usually mutter outloud "Oh you stupid bitch!!"

I don't usually cuss at me...I just say some bad stuff too...usually try to curb what it is if little ears are around.

I usually utter a few choice words in Filipino or Thai in a loud voice cuz not too many around here understand them and they can sound pretty nasty. Beats the old-fashioned military style of creatively stringing many words together as you can until you run out of breath.
Translation of my really bad one is: Pig f**king, limp-d**ked, son of a wh**e.
