Friday the 13th
This day will definitely be a Friday the 13th that will go down in history in my books. lol My day started off great till I got to work. About 10 minutes after all of our employees got to work I got a call from a disgruntled care provider. Then my customer called and informed me that he would be at our business in half an hour to help me get a 20,000 piece order out. He wasn't supposed to be there till 2 hours later. lol Then another supervisor and myself had the task of pulling one of our employees off of our assistant manager. He was mad because he was getting suspended for 2 days. Needless to say, when we had to pull him off of her, that 2 days turned into a week. Had to suspend another one of my employees for trying to karate kick and hit another employee. But he didn't do it! But I saw him do it. lol Then me and another supervisor were looking at the calendar, and realized that next week is a full moon! Oh no! Surely a full moon won't be as bad as this Friday the 13th was! Did anyone else have an interesting Friday the 13th?

Here's hoping she had some bad luck as well, considering that so much more could have gone wrong in her day...

Ya wanna hear about bad luck on Friday the 13th?? Fri. 13th 1986 i think, 3 head on collisions of Burlington Northern Trains. 1 in st. Paul Minn. 1 in Wiggins Colo. & 1 in Boulder Colo. The one in Wiggins was so bad I was living in Brush Colo, 40 miles away, & heard the explosion, which killed 7 employees

I'm a supervisor at a sheltered workshop. We do assembly work. I really wouldn't consider yesterdays adventures bad luck. But, I do know that there was a lot more stress than usual yesterday. Seems like with weather changes, full moons, and Friday's that have a 13 tacked on them, that our employees think they are supposed to stress us out more. lol

NG I hadn't heard that..My little brother just started working for BNSF. Haven't heard from him since he started there. He is suppose to be somewhere in Kansas at RR Boot Camp, but who knows what goes on there.

wasnt a bad day at all for me, i spent the entire day cowering in the bathroom ! hey, if there HAD been a fire , i had access to all the water in the house......

I have never had a problem on Friday the 13th, I'm not superstitious, and hopefully all my Friday 13th's will be quiet, fingers crossed, stay away from ladders and push a black cat in my path!!!!
