Peaks and valleys
What do you consider your "peak" time of day, and when do you usually hit a "valley"?
My peak is somewhere between the end of the first and the start of the second pot of coffee in the morning, my valley is late afternoon...I'm usually exhausted by around 5pm.

My peak time is usually late in the evening...... I pretty much take a dive the rest of the day

peak time is generally most of the day.
Valley, after lunch, around 2-3pm. Remedy-take a quick 20 min. nap and your good to go for the rest of the day and into the evening!

you deserve a "peak" today Chazzy!!
for me..my peak is pretty much between 6am and 1pm..then i have a short valley around 3...I usually re-charge around 5 for the evening...second wind..in the evening

Ahh Chazzy, I'm sorry to hear that.
Wish I was there do give you a nice body massage to relax you a bit. 
BTW, I chatted w/TicaD yesterday and saw where NYK made a post. Good to see both of them back!

I'm an up all day kind of perky...the drive home is sometimes a little more mellow but when I get the kids I'm back on again...then I go until late in the evening and of course I'm the perkiest every in my WN posts...LOL.
