I'm happy with what I have. any woman that gets those giant wrinkled boobs , and think they look good are only fooling themselves.flat is better than fake anyday. just my own opinion,

i wouldn't get implants. but i do try to stand on my head for an hour each day, trying to keep the girls perky. and offer them some encouraging words.

I might think about it when I get to about 50 and my "firmness" is a memory, but I wouldn't go for any enlargment.
You guys out there should feel free to go for the penis enlargements though. That doesn't bother me, really it doesn't, okay.

I watched a penis enlargement surgery before...DOnt ask! What they do is cut the lil bits of skin under you shaft OUCH! And a few other things.....

Is it true that about 40% of penis enlargements don't really work, that the can't get it up after the operation or loose the sensitivity?

Some men can gain as much as two inches. If I remember correctly...Im not sure about not getting it up.

I'm all for plastic surgury as long as its done for the right reasons. I plan on having a little myself and I just have to use this smiley now.

My feeling is that if you have the money, don't mind the risks and are dissatisfied with your body, then why the fuck not? I am so far pretty happy with the body I was born with, so no changes planned for me yet.

breast implants? i personally would take the smallest or saggiest natural over fake anyday.... but to each their own, i won't hold it against anyone who does it... and yes i'll even still stare at the fakes.

I once visited a web site that quizzed you about fake boobs by showing twenty or thirty sets and asked you to indicate whether you thought they were fake or not. Interestingly, its fairly easy for men to tell.
I like them natural, and not too big either. I hate it when they are so big you can't get close enough to your partner. The idea that boobs can be too small is a hard one to swallow (so to speak. LOL). So long as they are sensitive!

not particulary impressed by implants either, would much prefer a natural woman, I like medium to small brested woman, but any size will do, but what I look at is a womans complexion, then I look for a somewhat flat tummy, and a nice round firm butt.

However...because of the size and shape of them, I get asked a lot how much they cost and did the sugery hurt.
Once, some guy in a tit bar asked me that when I was going home and I pulle up my shirt and showed him...See..No scars!!!!
I even let him squeeze them a little just to prove the point even more! (The bouncer was standing there too, so I wouldn't get in trouble, lol)
But I do know other women that I dance with have had the surgery and are quite happy with the results!

We're all natural also, a friend just had a enlargement done and she's as happy as a hog in mug. She went from training bra or less to a big B/small C. I have never seen any upclose and personel, but wouldn't mine being able to play just see the difference.

Don't think I will, at nearly 10 inches thats enough. I already have trouble with zippers as a natural predator. Any more & it would be like getting circumcised every time I zip up . lol

I'm prefer natural for the sensitivity with a nice sized nipple to tease for hours I've seen some implants that actually get out of shape. Not to appealing to me. Just MHO

I read that some of you ladies are contemplating having breast reduction surgery, but at the same time, I see nary a male seeking penis reduction surgery. They must all be happy with what they brung to the dance!!!

I don't need implants but I do see reduction and a lift in my future. My entire adult life I have carried these babies around...neck, shoulder, and back aches are attributed with these babies...I would love to find a swim suit top that covers these things appropriately...ah, a dream come true.
Plus, I don't see any guys having problems with their back and neck if their penis is large...unless they are trying to suck on it themselves...LOL
