VEGAS in July............
My wife and I are heading to LAS VEGAS for the week of July 4. If none of you have been there at that time of the year, it is freakin' hot! How hot you ask? 110 to 120 degrees during the day and it'll stay close to 95 to 100 degrees at night. The funny part of this type of heat is you really don't sweat like you would if you had the humidity. The average humidity there is about 20 to 25%. Of course you're inside most of the time anyway, but that first blast of heat when you do go outside is a pisser! I liken it to opening the oven door and the heat hits your face! We usually go up to LAKE MEAD (HOOVER DAM) and do the wave runners all day.
Anybody else here do VEGAS at that time? How do you like it!

No problem sweety! I'll let my wife know that you're not a stalker but a good friend from WN! I'm sure the three of us can fit on the wave runner.

Re: VEGAS in July............
I live here...AC is wonderful and there are several places to go to that make it more than comfortable. Hotels have it right and you can create your own heat.....

I've been there about 20 times, at all times of the year. I like the summer more because I love the pools and LAKE MEAD! XMAS is very nice but fairly cool.
