Paranoia
Anything make you even a little bit paranoid, like using a credit card online, strangers in your neighborhood, people whispering near you,etc...?
Is there a positve paranoia like the person who thinks everyone wants them (sexually) and negative paranoia like everybody wants them (dead!)
Are there any times when you stop to wonder if someone you know (or yourself) is just skeptical, cynical, or paranoid?
Is there a "once bitten, twice shy" incident in your life that gives you cause for paranoia?
(Hey, ya'all, I love a good joke, but I'd rather not have any of the "usual" paranoia jokes in this thread, like a reply of "why? what have ya heard?" and all that ...ya'all know what I mean! )

Re: Paranoia
Damn girl your taking all the fun out of this.
I cannot sit with my back to the door, like at a restaurant. At the very least I have to have a clear site line to the vast majority of the people that are in there. My job has conditioned me know what is going on around me at all times. I will never just there and pay attention to who ever is there with me. I am always looking around at the other guest, keeping an eye out for any possible problems that may arise, or just making sure that my exit routes are clear. Even when I'm sitting in the booth, and someone is in the booth behind me, my anxiety goes up and all my senses are in high alert.

OK, I'll quit knocking on the door.

Re: Paranoia
To start, a college aged girl winked at me as I got out of my car to get dinner.
still married...
I do have a weird paranoia, I'm claustrophobic, by I hang near the walls in open spaces (agoraphobic).
I'm a little precarious with heights (acrophobia?)
can't think of any others...

Re: Paranoia
I hate it when a man, any man anywhere...starts yelling with that look of rage in his eyes....I just don't trust men to keep thier tempers from crossing into violence.
