Extreme closeness
Have you ever been so close to another person, a friend, relative, or significat other, had a relationship that was almost ESPish and spooky?
Someone that you could finish each other's sentences, always gave each other the perfect gifts, maybe even have "sympathy pains" when one of you was not well, could read thier face in a flash of a second to know that they were troubled or about to spill some really good news?

a number of years ago as a volunteer member on the local rescue squad, there was a call in the middle of the night. although i was too late to ride in the squad, i drove the 4 miles to the horrific scene of a man lying in his front yard, a bullet hole in his head, barely clinging to life. there were 5 of us that assisted and did our utmost to save his life. unfortunately, his injuries were so severe that he later was pronounced dead. for 6 months after that night, the 5 of us HAD to get together . at first it was just a coincidence....not for long tho. we just HAD to see that the other 4 were all right. seems strange now, but for those 6 months, the other 4 people were the most important people in my life.......

My best mate,  she is like my sister, we are very close. We always know when the other isn't to good and we can finish off each other sentences. It's funny but we know how the other one thinks. We also look alike, we look more like sisters then her real ones, and even our children look simular, and no, i haven't slept with her husband!!!!

I have been lucky enough to experience this a couple of times.
What always fascinated me was that when women become very best friends, when they truly bond....they menstrual cycles will start changing till they both menstruate at the same time of the month, even though previously one may have had her cycle at the first of the month, and the other at the last part of the month.
