What crosses the line from sexy to skanky in the way people dress or act in public?

showing off skin when your body doesn't have what it takes, that's usually a mood killer. (No problems with you Chazzy!)
Getting really drunk and hitting on people you shunned away a little while ago.
Guys that constantly harass a particular girl, forcing you to spend your time protecting a friend instead of enjoying the party. (I just want to pummel them so hard, I can't wait for one to start things with me because I will tear into him!)
More to come when I think of it.

I think it depends on the person. I think people know if they are being sexy or skanky...i.e. I wear classic clothes that show off my curves without showing too much and have been told I dress sexy. A little cleavage, showing leg, but leaving things to the imagination. I think taking good care of yourself and making certain your hair, makeup and perfume (if you wear them) are an important part of making yourself feel sexy. I think (and I don't want to offend anyone) that when you put everything out there, showing all of your assets makes that line between sexy and skanky blur or be overt. Sexy is a state of mind, you either feel it or you don't.
