Anal sex
I have tried anal sex , but it seems like almos everytime we do, I get tense and tighten up. Any suggestions on how I can loosen up? I really want to do this comfortably. I have had some good experiences, but I want to do this more often.

I like to have a few drinks, maybe watch a porn w/ anal in it. Its a turn on to see how much your partner wants it and that you have the power to provide it, if and when you feel like it.
I usually break out my favorite toy. Seems like if you keep alot of activity in the front it doesn't much matter whats going on in the back.

just use some lube (astroglide is great)... lay back,,, it's easier to relax when on your back, let him lift your legs up toward your chest, and then just close your eyes while he slips it in. If you aren't thinking about "it will hurt" then you can relax your butt and it won't.

I personally find that too much prep kind of "wears" the area out before he gets a chance to do what needs to be done. But I'm not one that love anal sex either. I'll do it but I don't have to love it.

...i am not you flog your asshole to death with a dildo.You would of course have to employ some reason in terms to frequency-lol..But it has helped some i know.It is not to suggest that it would work for everyone.

I usually find that a good alcohol buzz and an hour or so of hardcore porn will help me relax any orfice, although, I cannot personally recommend nostril sex.....
