Looooong joke
Posted because Rawk asked me to, but it really is better heard than read.
Once upon a time a man went to the Dr because of his weight. He had tried every diet known to man and even has his stomach size reduced through surgery, but nothing helped and he could not lose the weight.
Desperate to lose it, he went to a Dr that a friend recommended to him as possibly able to help.
On the day of the appointment, he sat and talked to the Dr for a while, explaining everything he had been through up to that day, ending with, "I just do not know what else to do, I've tried everything." 
The Doctor looked at him and said, "well, I do have one diet that you haven't listed as having tried, so what do you say?
The man looks at him before starting to get mad, then decides, what the hell, I'll try it.
The Dr explained the diet to him, it was very simple, he could eat anything he wanted, but there was only one hitch, everything that he ate had to go in the "out" door. 
The man leaves the Dr's office after making an appointment to have a checkup in 6 weeks and check his progress.
6 weeks later, he comes back and he's amazingly thin, he's got an MP3 player in his ears and is dancing to the tunes he is hearing. The Dr. takes him into the office and asks him to have a seat, telling him he looks great, that he's glad it worked for him. The man is still dancing and will not sit down, so the Doc has to follow him all over the room. Finally out of exasperation, the Dr says, "Will you please sit so I can talk to you about your results?"
The man pulls out his ear-buds and says to the Doc...
