Stress levels
Between 1 and 10, (10 being the highest) what's your stress level like right now?
Do you have periods of high stress everyday, or all day? Do things turn quiet for you once you get home from work, or is home where the stress gets turned up a notch or two?
Is this a contented and peaceful time in your life, or a hectic one?
I'll have to admit, for me,with the husband at home unemployed, right now I'm running at a full "10" just about every moment of every day!

The last two weeks I've seen the stress levels in my life at work become more managable. I was running "the show" alone for over a year and was finally able to hire an admin and a new boss (yes, I was in on the hiring process for him). Life is great there. I have to compartmentalize my life so I would say work gets a 6 for stress but ran at a 10 for almost a year.
Home is always stressful until the end of the day when I get to sit down with the kids and enjoy them for a while. They are what life is really about...

Im at about a 3, I got coursework due in on friday and i cant do it.... its rising quickly lol

I am stress free at the moment, as it's my day off. However i have to finish an exam, so starting to rise slightly to a 2!!! 
My levels are usually about 7 from 9am-3.30pm Mon-Fri, but drop as soon as i walk out of the school!!!!

I don't know how high it is right now but if turning 55 in Feb. and losing a life long friend 57 years old to a massive heart attack Monday and living alone cause's stress then mine must be high. I'm glad I can come here and talk to you all,it helps.thank you.

I never have any stress, in fact it doesn't bother me one bit that THIS &(((^T#$#@^U(()__)*%^$#@@( Damn Son of A BItchin $^*()((^$#@@&()) Computer keeps kicking me off chat!!!

Losing a friend is never easy and I'm very sorry for your lose. Happy birthday, all be it a little late.

At home its usually about 2-3, depending on the kids. At work, now that depends on where I am. In the hospital most of the time its 4-5, but at my regular position, its 10-12.

it wasn't high at all,,,,till I tried to get into my yahoo email.....it will NOT finish loading. No other site is having this trouble.....Dammt, let me in, I have edits waiting!

Yea well, I think I understand, because mine has jumped to about oh lets say 10 over the last 2-3 weeks, and that is only becasue that is the highest number you will let me use to gauge it.

I have my days when stress is high, lately with the day I go to Viet-Nam to get my brothers remains getting closer, I get stressed pretty bad, can't sleep, pace the floors all night. But I can come chat with my friends here, & somehow puts me at ease. I have some very wonderful friends here, don't know what I'd do without you..

Hope all goes well for you NRG. WN, is a releaser in one sort or another for all of us. I try to balance my stress either by returning here to the forum, posting, or my own personal way. We all have to find a way of releasing the tensions of our stresses.

Today my stress has kind of subsided...I've been packing up and moving things around from Mom's house to here and although at times it has been sad I've felt a remarkable peace about it all. We brought home a little bench from Mom's that belongs to my babies and they were just sitting on it eating some candy...I thought to myself she must be smiling down on them right now and I felt the wind on my face and knew it to be true...God Bless the child!!!
