Damn Copy Cats........
I cry plagerism!!!
What has this country come to when a fine upstanding american, a father, a provider, a died-in-the-wool pervert cannot run a sex ad without being plagerized?
I have maintained an ad in a regional alternative paper searching for women looking for oral sex by a dedicated practichioner ith no reciprocation sought. My ad is worded so as to be very inviting and hopefully perceived as non-threatening. Lately, I've noticed a number of ads, in the same paper, from men with almost identical wording as mine. I feel that my ad is my intellectual property and as such, any ad that replicates my ad in similar wording structure, is a infringement of that property. I do not seek a restraint of trade for those other parties but right is right.
Am I right in my assumption or am I just full of sh*t??

givent the two choices....your full of shit!!
there are few if any original ideas anymore especially in the "marketing" field of which your ad falls into that category..
although you have much pride in developing your ad and from what you say its successful....its not necessarily original...so no infringement...especially if your still getting "some" action from your ad

Hey TROP, I have no qualms over your opinion of me and my assesment of the perceived plagerism of my "work". What you don't know is the exact wording of my ad. I was in touch with my feminine side when I conceived the exact wording of it. The others, at least up to recently, were pretty lame in that they were kind of crass and not inviting at all. I'll assume the reason for the recent plagiaristic foray is they probably weren't getting much response. My ad stood out up 'til recently. Now my ad sounds exactly like three others that appear with mine.
I don't like sharing my toys!!
What, do they think they're in AMERICA or something? WTF!!!!!! lol

The trick is to think how a female would want to be approached for this type of activity. You can't say "any c**t want her p***y ate out"? That's way too crass. It's got to be softer, gentler!

Cute HH! This paper does not have photo ads. And if they did, I don't think my photo would bring any action other than possibly a visit from the FBI or something!! lol
