Whatever happened to online sex?
So back when I was in college in the late 90's and the world was still adjusting to this wierd thing called the internet I used to get online all the time on Yahoo Chat or whatever and look for girls to have cybersex with. More often than not, within an hour I was able to find someone and do the deed  .
So I get in a monogomous relationship for nearly eight years which just ended and got back online looking for cybersex . Most of the chatrooms that are heavily frequented have been overwhelmed with girls who start chatting with you and then want you to go to the cam on their pay site. Yahoo is absolutely overwhelmed with them. Hell, one time I was on a depression chat for a loved one and I get hit up by a "cam girl"!
I thought personals might be safer so I responded to this girl on Craig's list who wanted online fun . She sent me an email telling me a good story and sending me to what was basically a naughty version of a Myspace page with lots of intrigueing stuff about her. Checked around, found out the site she linked me too didn't exist outside her pages. I found out that the point was for me to pay for an adult pass to see her pictures. 
So, am I doing something wrong? Am I unlucky? Or this what the net's become?
I know there's some real people who get real action every once in awhile in the Red Room on here but are there any other good ways to find people for cyber/ phone sex without paying anything? (Personal sites were free back when I was in college too, you know)

One thing I have found a lot of is guys pretending to be women. Easy to find them out. They will suggest a private cam...you suggest they send a pic of them holding a piece of paper with your user name for whatever site you registered with.

Well, it could be that a lot of women don't get anything out of it. It isn't the same as having an actual person hold you. In fact, in my opinion, cyber sex is very juvenile, and slightly boring. If you are having a hard tme finding someone willing to have cyber sex , try looking for someone who wants actual sex. You would be surpised at the response.

Doode!!! Craiglist sucks big!! It sucks and can be very risky!!
It's full of predators of all kinds, scamming for your money, allot of "agencies" use it, cops and journalists use it to entice people in order to get a story or a sting.
Not too mention so many other types of cons and predators.
That's why you need a reputable site, and yep...a reputable site will have some rules, quidelines, and moderators. A reputable site will mean a little more work for you, a little more patience.

I'm sick knowing that I might be chatting up a 'guy' v. a girl.
