Reading labels
How many, if any of the products you buy have something on the label that says Lite, 0 carbs, low fat, sugarless, low sodium?
Or maybe they say things like Free range, organic, all natural, no additives?

Re: Reading labels
I don't read the labels. The labels are just a marketing ploy to get more money for less ingredients. Most of what is written on the no one can understand anyway, even if they would tell the truth. Its really just a game.

Darn, I thought the bag contained pretzels. I guess I need to pay attention to the package.
