Ma's Surgery
Ma had her surgery this morning. Everything went very well, and she was in for only 30 minutes. They did the surgery with the scope, and I told the Doc that I had an old rusty hatchet in the garage, I could use that. She is home and resting with help of good drugs. They told her to move her fingers often, that helps with the blood circulation which then in turn helps keep the swelling down. But she said that moving the thumb is out, that hurt like hell. She'll be out of work for at least 10 days, then the Doc will see how things are going. But her work said they didn't care, she WILL BE THERE on the 5th of Feb., even if its just to stand and tell everyone what to do, and how to do it.

Thanks for your support. I know she will appreciate your thoughts.
NRG-I'll give her more than that.
But just think, we get to do this again in about 5 months.
