Absofreakinlutely...I know we aren't supposed to get politically charged here but I will for a moment, however, it goes across the board. Republicans, Democrats, Liberals, and Independents...most of them are in this arena to get attention, politicians are for the most part self-serving, egomaniacs that look at themselves as doing "good deeds" for others, the truth is they stay at fancy hotels, order food off menus most people can't afford, and sit around at fundraiser's bringing in money from special interest groups and extremely rich benefactors who in turn expect a favor or ten when this person is elected to office...

what we humans fail to realize is that global warming has been around before the invention of the automobile and aerosols. thousands of years ago, this world experienced an ice age, which is an effectual cause of global warming. nature spews out ash from its volcanos all the time. there is not a damn thing we can do about it.

now i agree that we need to look further into making alternatives a reality, but lets not preach the end is near.

As I watch AL GORE preach the horrors of global warming, I harken back to the rants of the #1 purveyor of all this hysteria. He single handedly, has brought the most light on this matter. With his movie, AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH, he showed how the arctic is losing icebergs to warm temperatures and in it, the fact or the claim is, the water level is rising so many feet per year. I have no problem with this theory because it may or may not be true. My bitch with AL GORE is, he derides all citizens of the earth for driving internal combustion engined vehicles and not trying hard enough to replace them with more environmentally friendly modes of transportation such as mass transit, hybrid, wind or solar powered vehicles.

The funny thing is, AL GORE preaches his story on how selfish we are in our polluting the air with our vehicles of choice but he fails to follow his own preachings.

When AL GORE travels around to the colleges to preach to the choir, he rents (AVIS & HERTZ) vehicles that are neither environmentally friendly, such as big CADILLAC DeVILLES, big LINCOLN TOWN CARS and various full size SUV's, non of which are offered with alternative power other than the old internal combustion engines. 'ole AL GORE lives in that make believe world of "do as I say, not as I do"!!!!


Do you think he would stuff his inflatedly fat ass in anything other than a luxurious. big ass , air pollutin' ride? F**k no, he's doesn't have to practice what he preaches, he's way too f**kin' important for that. What happened to leading by example?
