Refund? Are you kidding?
We send our w2's and all pertinent stuff to our long time tax person in NY. She does our taxes and always knows all the tax laws and the best ways for us to save as much as possible.
Back in the late 80's, she was one of 25 H&R blocks that were certified to do electronic tax filings, by the IRS. I heard about her on a TV story and looked her up. I then traveled to her office (2 hours away) and the rest is history. We have used her for 18 years.

This addition to my post is the most important. My wife and I earn too much to ever hope for a refund. We usually have to write a check at tax time. Oh well, that's the way it goes.
