what can anyone do when her breast are sore
Are there any remedies or massage techniques that the partner can do to help relieve the pain when the woman has sore breast during here menstrual cycle other than HRT(hormone replacement therapy)?

The best thing to help is to wrap a warm towel around them, it's very soothing. try it it might do the trick.

I would think a nice hot bath would work as well.....Other than that a REALLY good bra!

Thank you both I will try all the hot towelpack/Bath and some good bras, I hope it helps, she has lupus which does not help and tries hard to not use prescription meds.
