It's 12:30 and I've only had one Margarita...no snow, no snow on Christmas, and I was hoping to have snow at least for New Years! Other than that, things are pretty good, the old dog that had the stroke has improved allot, the old cat I thought would be dead a month ago is as stubborn and grumpy as ever and doing great!
I have high hopes for the coming year, and well, what the hell, if things don't go so well, or bad things should come my way, I'll still have all of you to get me through it all!

I slept through it again this year!... Just call me, "Rip Van Winkle"... Now I gotta get used to writting 07 instead of 06 on my bils, or I'm going to be in trouble...

Got out of work early, so we went to the local restaurant for supper. Drank lots of  , straight up. Played Tiger Woods Golf 2003, as MA was in the chat room here. About 12:30 ish, headed for the bedroom for lots of  as we brought in the new year.

Had a great time,  all my friends and family came round and all their children, so we all spent it together. I have always spent new years eve with my boys.

Went to Michigan to see my family and my love... It was wonderful, but wow I hate traveling.

Just toasted the New Year with some sparkling wine, watched the ball fall in New York and kept the old southern tradition of eating black-eyed peas for good luck for lunch. Oh yes, the tube was on most of the day....first the Rose Parade, then lotsa football....another New Year's tradition.

I hosted my daughter's birthday party with 4 of her friends... 5 11 and 12 year old girls under one roof.. I don't recommend it!   All in all, it was pretty fun... my boys enjoyed it (I'm proud of 'em.. hehe) Oh, by the way.. about that "twister" thread? As much as I love ya'll, I wouldn't play it with any of ya'!!! I'm still sore from that stupid game
