Problems accessing the chatroom..
Recently i have been unable to get into live chat .  when i click ,,nothing happens!....i have recently downloaded the most updated java........ 
Advice would be appreciated.........thanks

Hmmmmm.....check the "Members Support, Site Suggestions" forum for threads when other members have had the same problem.
What browser do you use?
Kinkykev is usually a big help with these kinds of questions, I suck at all computer tech stuff myself!

I get that once in a while, but usually if I go to home page & come back to chat, it lets me right in
