This is sad. He started to have some fun with those ads. Could see the smile on his face as though he was laughing at what he was saying.

Re: Rest In Peace
He was in a crash landing yesterday, his plane's landing gear wasn't working...weird stuff...

Yeah, funny, I use to hate his commercials, all that yelling, but after watching a few "Pitchmen" episodes, I had really warmed up to the guy. He leaves behind a wonderful family too.

Comedian and impersonator Fred Travalena died Sunday afternoon after a seven-year battle with cancer. He was 66.

Travalena known as "The Man of a Thousand Faces"
Travalena was a regular on the "Tonight Show"

I'm sorry, but I do not remember this guy? Does anyone? The name is familiar...

LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- Gale Storm, whose acting and singing talents earned her three stars on Hollywood's Walk of Fame, died Saturday, according to a Danville, California nursing facility where she was a patient.

Storm was 87.

Her first TV show -- "My Little Margie" -- set the sitcom stage with Lucille Ball and other female stars in the 1950s, said Skip E. Lowe, a longtime friend who acted in some of Storm's first movies in the early 1940s.

I've heard of Ms. Storm, and the "My Little Margie" show, I kinda hope someone reruns a few in her honor, would love to watch an episode, it was the golden age of television.

police say that she shot him four times, twice in the head, and twice in the chest, before turning the gun on herself. they were in financial trouble, and she thought that he was seeing someone else. but shy four shots, no one will ever really know.

Holy Crap! I hadnt seen that. And youre right L&H, without his innovation in building the solid body electric guitar, music as we know it today would be a whole different animal.
