The kind words of a good friend, the serinity of walking in the woods, the freedom I feel when I go skinny dipping, and diving straight down in my Spitfire at over 600 mph. & seeing the people on the ground covering their eyes, afraid to watch & see if I pull up in time.

Im about in the same boat as you Slowpoke, but lets look at the bright side,,we are not really too sick, or have restricked body function,other than lack of sex,,ha ha,,, plus we can look at all the pretty woman here and we still have the faith and hope that the sun will shine on better days

What makes me happy....is putting a smile on everyones face I make contact with in any form with every day, even it it's only for a moment, five minutes, or being with someone all day. We all deal with our daily crap, and the person next to you could have it worse off than you do, damn it, just 
So I put on my cheese eating, smiley grin from ear to ear, give them a hello. Now as far as my  grin, hehe, yeah I use that one every day too.

It doesn't have to be big - my daughter bought me flowers just to brighten my day. My son asked me to be his friend and my fiancee says --- "Hi baby" after a long day at work. In other words just being around the people I love.

knowing that Lizonya is getting better, being able to see my oldest daughter actually smile because love has found her again, and lastly having wn to vent all my thoughts without fear of much reprisal.........
